Construction of 63 luxury apartments in the new Blue Bay development in Big Bay, on Birkenhead Road, Waves’ Edge, on the sea side of the West Coast Road, Bloubergstrand in the Western Cape. Blue Bay will have 63 luxury apartments on a 4 500m² site. Units range in size from 41.2m² to 133.5m² including balconies. There are 34 one-bedroom apartments, 26 two-bedroom apartments, and three three- bedroom penthouses ranging in size from 128m² to 133.5 m², including balconies. Each apartment will have either a balcony or a private patio, all with their own stainless steel braais. The sizes of the balconies/patios vary from 2.4m² to 28m². Units will have granite countertops as well as ovens, hobs and extractor fans. All apartments will have secure parking. The two and three-bedroom apartments will each have a basement and an upper-level parking bay. The 24 storerooms in the basement will be available for sale as optional extras.
