The envisaged development plan will in concept include the following: 200 or more chalets; Construction of 4 jetties; Construction of shops, restaurants, entertainment and health hydro facilities, Amusement Park and Day Visitor facilities; Onsite staff facilities, Golf Course and Clubhouse; Landing strip for small aircraft; Fish farming and fish processing facilities; and Cruise Boat with casino facilities.
