About this development
Upgrading of Block M Street in Thohoyandou, Limpopo. CIDB 7CE. The objectives of the project are to upgrade 2.135 km gravel road to paved surface in Manini M thereby improving access to community. The project area is in the northern side of Limpopo approximately 4 km north of the Thohoyandou, along the R524 road. Scope of works includes: Construction of 3 three-layer works as follows: Laying of 80mm paving blocks with 20mm bedding sand, Introducing of speed calming system i.e. speed humps, side walk construction and kerbing, upgrading of storm water system, painting of road markings, installation of road signs, finishing of the road reserve and clearing of vegetation along the road and shoulders. The GPS marker has been placed in the central co-ordinates of the construction area 22°58'37.1"S 30°29'13.6"E
