Internal renovation of the Block A: Forest Hill Apartments for the University of Cape Town, Main Road, Mowbray, in the Western Cape. The work may incorporate the internal renovations to 36 apartments at Block A Forest Hill Apartments and may comprise of: All existing bathroom and kitchen vinyl floor tiles and screed to be removed. Floors of bathrooms to be fully waterproofed and new ceramic floor tiles to be laid. All existing wall tiles to be removed. Walls to be re-tiled with new tiles. All existing kitchen joinery to be removed and replaced with new joinery. All the internal walls to be re-painted to a selected colour. All the existing parquet floors to be repaired where necessary and then re-sealed. All the existing light fittings to be replaced with new light fittings. Every apartment to be re-wired.
