Construction of student accommodation in the Beuster area in Limpopo for the students at University of Venda. The site is located approximately 3 km south west of Thohoyandou town, and it is located between Muledane and Shayandima, less than a kilometre south west of University of Venda. The accommodation will be a block of flats which will be 5 storeys high which will be situated at the centre of the Palmaryville farm. The whole site is 7ha but the development will only be positioned in the central 3Ha size site. The development will be known as Simeka Heights. Estimated value approximately R150 million
