Berth 107 on Pier 1

Construction of staff facilities at Berth 107 on Pier 1, Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal. The site was historically utilised for ferromanganese stockpiling and handling. The site will be subject to the removal of rail infrastructure, ferro-bins and remediation and clean-up operations will be required prior to use for construction. The proposed site will include a new administration building, a central mess and ablution facility, associated services and parking facilities.
