Building and construction of a Super Regional Mall incorporating a Lifestyle Mall and Value Mart Mall for a mixed use Urban Precinct in Benoni, East Rand, Gauteng. The site lies directly adjacent to the Kopanong Hotel and Conference Centre and will adjoin the K109 and the K68 highways and the existing Glen Gory Road in the Glen Gory node comprising of Valkhoogte Ext 13 and Valkhoogte Ext 20. In tandem with the Regional Mall, it is intended to establish an office component of 6 000m². Estimated value of entire Precinct: R1.5 billion
