The site lies directly adjacent to the Kopanong Hotel and Conference Centre and will adjoin the K109 and the K68 highways and the existing Glen Gory Road in the Glen Gory node comprising of Valkhoogte Ext 13 and Valkhoogte Ext 20. In tandem with the Regional Mall, it is intended to establish a Lifestyle Mall, Value Mart Mall and an office component. Estimated value of entire Precinct: R1.5 billion
