Renovations of the existing Benmore Gardens shopping centre located on the corner of Grayston Drive & Benmore Road, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The site is located on Portion 697 of the farm Zandfontein 42IR. The scope of works includes the construction and completion of an extension to the existing shopping centre, including new steel structure, partial demolition of existing line shops, restaurants etc in order to accommodate the extension, fitting out of the Woolworths shop to their specification (This work will be completed in sections in order to accommodate a phased handover to Woolworths) Refurbishment of the common area (existing mall, public toilets etc) Re-alignment of certain line shops including new shopfronts and completing to white / grey box specifications for these line shops. New atrium roof including removal of existing atrium roof. Upgrading of existing entrances. External facade upgrades
