Construction of the Bendor Student Village and alterations & extensions to the existing Baobab Student Village located on erf 7339, Bendor extension 86, and erf 222, Ladanna, Polokwane, Limpopo. Scope of works for Bendor - Bulk earthworks to form platforms for the construction of new blocks A, B, C, D and E that consist of student rooms, ablutions and change rooms, kitchens and a cafeteria, lounge and study areas, a seminar facility and a roof terrace. Associated external works consist of paved parking areas, service yards, walkways and a guard house. The boundary wall is also upgraded with gates and main stream services will be installed to the site. Scope of works for Baobab - the alterations to existing areas and additions of a new roof terrace and cafeteria, new study areas, offices, laundry and warden rooms. The boundary wall is also upgraded with gates and includes associated external site works.
