About this development
Upgrade and extension of the the Bedworth Park Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket in Vereeniging, Gauteng, the site is located on the corner of Ascot-on-Vaal and the R44. The planned development encompasses a 5 000m² area for Builders Warehouse. The second phase will comprise of an additional 4 500m² of retail and the third phase will comprise the balance of the planned 15 000m² extension, which together with the 20 000m² existing Pick 'n Pay, will bring the total size of the redeveloped centre to 35 000m². The centre is to be named Bedworth Value Centre.
