About this development
Construction of a residential development at Estate d'Afrique, a themed village called Beau Rivage that consists of 101 erven on the banks of the Crocodile River, in the North West Province. Stands will be ranging between 800m² and 1000m². The development has four phases, of which three will be residential developments and the fourth will be a hotel, which will be called Le Chateau Hotel. The Development is located 45km west of Pretoria and 75km north of Johannesburg, it makes for an ideal weekend getaway. The development also includes 24-hour security and road and water patrols, which are carried out regularly.
