About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a retirement village called Beaconsfield, a security residential estate in Victory Park. Situated on the old Beaconsfield Bowling Club site, in Gauteng. This will be a high density apartment development consisting of 180 units with a selection of apartment sizes from bachelor style up to three bedroom apartments. The entrance to this residential complex will be a manned gate house. Beaconsfield will provide residents with central parking and club house facilities including a swimming pool and tennis courts. The entire area will benefit from the upgrading of the road system, which is an integral element of the development. Additional lanes will be provided on Road 3. The Rustenburg Road intersection will be enhanced while also providing traffic management on 2nd Avenue and Road 3 in conjunction with the Johannesburg Roads agency. Amdec will also be introducing traffic calming measures around the schools.
