Construction of the Bay Terrace Views, a proposed new R275 million mixed use development on Durban’s Victoria Embankment, KwaZulu-Natal. Situated on a prime corner site that is bounded by three major arterial routes being Winder Street, Bay Terrace and Shepstone Road, which is the main road from the Point Waterfront and Ushaka Marine World. Bay Terrace Views will comprise two towers – a 12-storey residential tower and an adjacent office tower. State-of-the-art security and plenty of parking, Bay Terrace Views will have over 700 bays on site, as well as the wrap around double volume retail showrooms on the ground floor.
