About this development
Construction of retail and shopping centres for a medium-density residential development, Bardale Village in Kuils River, which will encompass residential (3 500 freehold housing units), retail and office components. In addition to this, the developer, Integrated Housing Development (IHD) plans to build schools, crèches, sport facilities and shopping centres within the development. This forms part of phase 1. The commercial centre will house the retail component on the ground floor (2 300m²) with 1 200m² provision being created for an anchor tenant. There is also 1 133m² of space available for line shops.
