About this development
Construction of 3500 freehold housing units for a medium-density residential development, Bardale Village in Kuils River, which will encompass residential, retail and office components. In addition to this, the developer, Integrated Housing Development (IHD) plans to build schools, crèches, sport facilities and shopping centres within the development. Development will be staggered over seven or eight phases, with approximately 1300 units in Phases one and two. Phase one will be further broken down into two sub-phases of 300 units each, while phase two will consist of 700 units. The project offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom or four-bedroom homes. Carports are optional. The architecture is Cape Dutch. Phase three is known as Bardale Village De Hoop.
