Bank of Botswana Redevelopment

Redevelopment of the Bank of Botswana headquarters at plot no. 17938, Khama Crescent, Gaborone, Botswana. The project will entail the refurbishment of existing buildings (approximately 16 000m2), rationalisation of the connectivity between buildings, and selective addition of new buildings (up to 10 000m2) to expand office space and conferencing facilities. The works include a complete strip and refit of existing building envelopes, interior finishes and all services infrastructure, and will be undertaken in two main construction phases over the period 2019 to 2022.
