About this development
Ballyoak Office Park is located on 35 Ballyclare Drive in Bryanston, Gauteng. Ballyoaks will comprise of five office blocks in total, with a total area of 22 500m². Three office blocks will each be a three storey building around 4 000 m² in size, each with a double parking basement. The fourth block will be a two storey building around 5 140m² in size. There is a possibility of a fifth office block, dependent on sales. Building of first phase (Buildings A & B) to start in April 2008. Due to the power circumstances at the moment, Ballyoaks Office Park will have backup generators with motion detectors in the parking basements and ablutions to ensure that lights are switched on only when required.
