About this development
Construction of educational facilities Maragon Private Schools in the Avianto mixed-use development in Driefontien, Krugersdorp, Gauteng. The development will consist of the following: a conference centre, health & beauty spa, sports training facility, office park, 313 freehold residential stands, retirement village of 160 units with frail care and medical centre, shopping centre, school, businesses, 817 sectional title or cluster residential units, 250 affordable housing units, cross bridges on rivers, water reservoir, waste recycling and new Eskom takeoff point. In addition, the current hotel facilities will be expanded and current access point relocated. The development is located in close proximity to the N14 Highway and encompasses Portions 61, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 77, 79, 80, 81, 82, 126, 127, 140 172 (a portion of remainder 3 of the farm Rietvallei 180 IQ) and the remainder of Portion 30 of the Farm Driefontein 179 IQ, Krugersdorp. The site is approximately 250 hectares in extent.
