Avenol - Infrastructure

Construction of roads and services for Avenol, which will be situated in the Dargle Valley in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. The infrastructure includes country style roads, purification plants and sewage treatment plants, resulting in the water usage being put back into the Estate, as water in this region is the most sensitive resource of all. The architecture of the Estate will reflect surrounding farmhouse designs typical of the Midlands area and will be strictly controlled through design guidelines. The minimum size of the plots are 4 000m² with a building footprint of 1 000m² to ensure minimum impact.
