About this development
Construction of civils, services and infrastructure for a residential development on Erf 96, Aurora, Durbanville, in the Western Cape. Development on the site will entail the construction and establishment of 46 apartments in five, two- and three-storey buildings, a recreational area (including a swimming pool, clubhouse and gym), internal roads, an access road (within an existing road reserve), basement parking (102 bays), off-site parking (6 bays) and outside parking (28 bays). The five apartment blocks will be located along the boundaries of the site. There will be two buildings along the northern boundary, one building along the western boundary (next to Vissershok Road) one building along the southern boundary and one building along the eastern boundary. Flat blocks 1 and 2 will consist of 6 units each (760m² in size), flat blocks 3 and 5 will consist of 10 units each (1190m² in size) and flat block 4 will consist of 14 units (1 590m² in size). The proposed development will have a density of 63 units per ha and will cover an area of 5 491m². The total size of the site is 7 050m² (0.7050ha).
