Estimated value of the project is KShs. 1,340,899,043.15 (R170 550 692,47). The development will compromise of six basements for parking spaces, ground floor for recreational facilities including swimming pool, gym and refreshment area, reading, yoga areas, mezzanine floor for children play area and apartments, 18 floors comprising of apartment units, roof floor for drying area and gardens. The project comprises of 225 residential apartment units and other associated amenities and facilities as follows: 187 two bed apartments, 17 three bed apartments, 19 four bed apartments, 1 four bed duplex and 1 seven bed duplex.
