The main theatre building will be a four-storey structure of 600 seat capacity and the secondary theatre building with 200 seat capacity the landscaping, parking and driveway area will be 7 000m² located at Bakone Malapa RE/7/24 remainder of portion of the farm Palmietfontein 24KS, Polokwane, Limpopo. Estimated value of R315 589 283.60. Road upgrades will be conducted to accommodate the development traffic and provide access into the development.
