The development has a total built-up up area of 19 289m², comprising of retail show rooms, supermarket, coffee shops, exhibition centers, ultra modern cinema, food court terrace, restaurants, banks and general stores.The development seeks to set the standard in green buildings and sustainable design in Uganda and the entire East African region. Shoprite, which will be the anchor tenant, Century Cinemax, Cafesserie, Adidas, Timberland, Café Java, Woolworths, KFC among others. The Mall is designed with two levels of enclosed shopping space and a rooftop cinema, entertainment and restaurant space atop two levels of structured basement parking.
