Alterations and additions to the existing Arcon Park Shopping Centre located on the corner of Lee and Arum Streets, Erf 1252, Arcon Park Extension 1, Vereeniging, Gauteng. The scope of works will include upgrade of the western facade including the entrance, remedial works to Checkers year area, installation of new AC plant, refurbishment of Engen forecourt, construction of new KFC drive-thru including parking area, internal cosmetic refurbishment including tiles, public toilets and sprinkler heads.
