Arbour Village - Phase 2 to Phase 6 - Residential

Construction of the residential component to a R1,5 billion mixed-use development in KwaZulu-Natal is set to commence in early 2009. Valued at over R150 million, the sectional title Arbour Village coastal development will be the only residential estate within KwaZulu-Natal's Arbour Town precinct in Amanzimtoti. The estate will consist of 182 sectional title units. Each of the 6 phases comprise of a variety of units of different shapes and sizes. The village's units' architecture is Natal Colonial, comprising high-pitched roofs, large overhangs, external patios and wooden decks with large windows and high ceilings. In addition, the units have also been designed to withstand the high humidity on the coast and ensure good insulation for the buildings interior.
