About this development
Construction of the industrial component of the Appolonia (City of Light) which is located approximately 30 km north-east of the Accra CBD and 22 km north of Tema Harbour, on the northern side of the road between Oyibi and Afienya that connects the Accra-Dodowa Road with the Tema-Jasikan Road. The Accra-Dodowa Road, a major regional route, runs approximately 2km to the west of the development. Appolonia is a new, planned, sustainable, mixed-use and mixed-income city in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area, centred on the concept of work-live-play, providing a comprehensive range of land uses meeting all the needs of its 88,000 residents. This will include residential developments - 22,000 housing units 1.6 million m² of retail, commercial and industrial space, as well as tourism, social and recreation facilities.
