About this development
Construction, operation and maintenance of a photovoltaic power plant on Portion 65 of the Farm Tweefontein 462 KR (924.5038 ha) and the Remainder of the Farm Doornput 458 KR (694.1165 ha), in the Bela-Bela Local Municipality, Waterberg District Municipality, Limpopo Province. The developed area (footprint) required for the proposed project will be up to 480 hectares. The proposed PV plant will have a maximum export capacity up to 240MW and will consist of the installation of photovoltaic modules, mounting systems for the PV arrays, battery energy storage system, workshops & warehouses and access roads and internal roads. It is intended to participate proposed Solar Park in Round 7 of the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement s. The GPS marker has been placed in the area of construction 24°51'50.9"S 28°24'47.2"E
