Upgrading and renovations of various components of the American International School located on Scorpion Trail Street in Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng. Phase 1 to 3 will consist of the following: Construction of new dining hall and common area, new art classrooms at the Fine Arts Centre, new Aquatic Centre, new high school classrooms and Laboratories, new gymnasium, refurbishment of the elementary school and general repairs of the entire school e.g. waterproofing etc. Phase 1 is R15 million, Phase 2 is R24 500 000, Phase 3 is R52 Million.
