About this development
Construction of a new Aluminium Fluoride Production Facility in the Mbonambi Municipal Area for Alfluorco (Pty) Ltd. The production facility will consist of three individual plants which will produce sulphuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and aluminium fluoride. A site of approximately 20ha in extend is required for the production facility. The following potential sites have been identified: The Sasol Railway Siding near Nseleni; The Coal Terminal Island in the Harbour; IDZ sites 1B and 1C in Richards Bay; and the AECI site in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
