About this development
Construction of the African Logistics Properties Industrial Park in Tilisi, Kenya. ALP is developing a modern grade-A industrial park on 49 acres of land situated 25km west of Nairobi's CBD. The site benefits from direct access on the the main Nairobi-Nakuru highway which is being upgraded to six lanes. The total development will comprise of 100 000m² of warehousing space. Phase 1 will comprise flexible smaller units with space of between 500 - 2 000m². For larger occupiers, ALP can finance and deliver bespoke built-to-suit industrial facilities of 2 000m² upwards.
