About this development
Construction of the retail and entertainment facilities for a new residential development called Aldam Estate, situated 10 kilometres on the Johannesburg side of Winburg in the Free State - 145 kilometres from Bloemfontein and just north of the N1. The development will have business centres to cater for residents and visitors including supermarket, hardware and restaurants. The final number of living units is intended to be around 750, with a number of private units being available to investors and permanent residents. The estate will include 80 stables for permanent and visiting horses.
