About this development
Construction of civils and services for Alaro City in Epe, Nigeria. Development of this new satellite city is estimated to cost over US$250 million and will be located in the north west quadrant of the Lekki Free Zone in Lagos. It will sit on 2 000 acres of land that will be constructed with three residential enclaves taking up a space of 3.2 million m², 130 000m² of business district space, 225 000m² of technology park space and 650 000m² of light industrial, logistics and business park space.
