Construction of a double-storey 16 bed hotel on the eastern bank of the Orange River, Farm 387, portion 18, Groblershoop, Northern Cape. The hotel forms part of Phase 1 of the development. The scope of works for phase 1 also includes a amphitheatre, solid waste facility, quarter mile racing strip and spin track with paved parking areas with a separate access entrance from the N8. The approximate GPS location has been placed along the proposed area of construction, 28°52'37.13"S 21°59'24.25"E.
