The scope of works could include construction of a new cardiac theatre block to be constructed on existing parking deck, the conversion of an existing pediatric ward to new cardiac intensive care unit and construction of a 6 000 m² basement parking, 2 193 m² consulting rooms, 1 931 m² day hospital and 1 129 m² of other medical facilities.
