Construction of the civils, services and infrastructure for the development of an Agri-Park, which will consist of 22 buildings to cater for agricultural uses and for the construction of eleven self storage units. The 11 storage units are proposed for the west side of the site, and 22 for the eastern side. The property is located on Portion 128 of the Farm Welmoed no. 468. The site is located along the R310, immediately north east of the Vlaeberg Road intersection, and 1km south west of the Annandale Road intersection. The site is located approximately 5km from Stellenbosch in the Western Cape. This will include the construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant.
