Construction of 142 Royal Villas for a development to be known as the African Renaissance Lifestyle Estate. The villas will be full title units, 3-4 bedrooms with landscaped gardens, balconies, double garages and domestic quarters. The estate is situated adjacent to the R104 and Hans Strijdom Roads, Pretoria, Gauteng.
