Construction of a 4-star 200-room hotel with private swimming pool connected with a bridge to the wellness centre located above the state of the art conference centre with theatre for a development to be known as the African Renaissance Lifestyle Estate. The estate is situated adjacent to the R104 and Hans Strijdom Roads, Pretoria, Gauteng.
