ACSA Western Precinct Development Phase 1

Construction of three six-storey office buildings above podium which is the first phase of the OR Tambo mixed use development situated in Kempton Park, Gauteng. These three buildings will provide for corporate head office for ACSA and the SACAA. Facilities include a fitness centre, canteen and creche. The floor area is estimated at 33 000m². The entire project is estimated at a total of R4.5 Billion. Phase 1 a is approximately R750 Million.
