About this development
Construction of the new Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Academy Umthombo Training Development Centre located on Anne Road, Umthombo Extension 55, Alllandale, Gauteng. The summary of the scope for the construction of the training facility includes, but is not limited, to the following elements: The facility consists out of a sheeted warehouse type structure where the practical training is done with a double story section consisting out of classrooms, administrative offices, canteen, ablutions and reception built against the warehouse structure on two sides. Most of the brickwork is exposed face brick with aluminium windows and doors. The total area of the built structures is approximately 4 000m². The tender will include all earthworks, installation of services, structural elements, and finishes to the development.
