Construction of 55 medium-density dwelling units, for the development of a residential housing estate, equestrian facilities and a local commercial facility, on portion B of Erf 4932, Knysna, in the Western Cape. The development will consist of low-density residential development, containing 9 dwelling units on stands of approximately 9,000m2 each in the north and west of the property; and associated equestrian centre, containing stables, riding rings, and paddocks. Medium-density residential development, containing 55 dwelling units on stands ranging in size from 350m2 to 500m2, as well as a clubhouse and swimming pool, in the south of the property.
