Acacia Way Housing and Equestrian Development - Infrastructure

Construction of internal access roads, water, electricity and sanitation services, for the development of a residential housing estate, equestrian facilities and a local commercial facility, on portion B of Erf 4932, Knysna, in the Western Cape. The development will consist of low-density residential development, containing 9 dwelling units on stands of approximately 9,000m² each in the north and west of the property; and associated equestrian centre, containing stables, riding rings, and paddocks. Medium-density residential development, containing 55 dwelling units on stands ranging in size from 350m² to 500m², as well as a clubhouse and swimming pool, in the south of the property. Small commercial facility within the above-mentioned clubhouse. Boathouse on the Knysna River. (Possibly including a package treatment to service the medium density housing and commercial facility). Access to the property will be from the existing extension of Welbedacht Lane onto the property.
