About this development
Refurbishment and upgrade of the ABSA Data Centre at 270 Republic Road, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works are as follows: Phase 1: to increase the capacity of the first floor ABSA Data Hall. Phase 2: upgrade ground level floor UPS system and South Hall Data as well as upgrade to generator and mechanical roof plant. Phase 3: the upgrade of the ground floor North Data Hall and Phase 4: upgrade second floor MDB and UPS systems, upgrade of the first floor Data area. There will also concurrently be an upgrade of the Data Centre Level Pricing Template at ABSA Towers south. Approximately R200 Million Value: R334 Million
