Construction of the new headquarters of ABSA Capital, in Alice Lane, Corner 5th and Fredman Drive, Sandton, Gauteng. A six-storey structure, which includes a 'Super Basement' to accommodate 1 000 cars. A major challenge is that the contract calls for the existing four-storey structure to be remodeled and another three storeys to be added. Approximately 17 500m³ of concrete will be required to complete the structure.
