About this development
Construction of the retail component for the mixed use development in Abeokuta. The Ogun State Government has launched an urban renewal scheme in Abeokuta which will transform a substantial part of the city centre into a mixed-use development. The proposed area is within the ancient city which would be situated along Prison Way, Ibara, Abeokuta and down to the old Government Secretariat. The first phase will include a shopping mall, recreation centre, signature tower, office, hotel and a convention centre, including a 60-storey building. Project Value : US$300 million
