Construction of 95 luxury apartments within the Shelley Point development which is situated on the extension of the Golden Mile Boulevard of Britannia Bay, which forms part of St. Helena Bay, ± 25km North of Vredenburg and 150km from Cape Town in the Western Cape. These will be sited close to the new clubhouse (which has a restaurant, gym and other facilities) and will have views across Shelley Point's private golf course. The apartments will be in two blocks, each approximately 80m long. Two types of apartment will be constructed, the first will be studio/bachelor units on the ground floor. They will each have 104m² of floor space including the balcony. The second apartment type has 112m² including a loft mezzanine bedroom. These units will be on the upper floor.
