90 Plein Street

Renovations and refurbishment of the offices on the 3rd, 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the building at 90 Plein Street in Cape Town, Western Cape. The project value is R 227 029 401,18. Parliament will refurbish selected floors of 90 Plein Building to create alternative office space for both members and employees of Parliament. This will yield 155 offices for Members of Parliament and offices for 1 000 displaced staff members, whilst providing temporary relief in office space during the restoration phase of the Parliament Precinct.
