Construction of the 60MW Hemang Hydropower Project located on the Pra River in Ghana’s western region. The project will include the construction of a 34m high dam, a reservoir with a storage capacity of about 46 million cubic meters, and a 64km long 161 kV transmission line. The contract value is estimated to be U$111.3 million. The exact GPS co-ordinates are currently not available, however the GPS marker has been placed at the Hemang Village off the Pra River, the coordinates are 5.1961907, -1.5692652
