360 Degrees in Woodstock

Construction of a seven-storey apartment building in lower Woodstock on Cromwell Street, to be known as 360° (360 Degrees). The apartment building will have 72 apartments, and will feature studios as well as one and two bedroomed units, ranging in size from approximately 40m² to 70m², including 13 penthouses. Each unit will have a secure parking bay at ground or first floor level. Access from the parking floors into the five storeys of apartments will be by way of a lift lobby with the latest modern hi-tech security systems, including fingerprint recognition access control and CCTV monitoring. A 24-hour manned security/concierge station will be able to communicate with each apartment via intercom. Communal facilities will include an entertainment area with rooftop swimming pool and braai area, as well as an open-air running track around the rooftop perimeter.
