About this development
Construction of the 21 500m² 7 storey Eureka Capital innovation hub in Dube City, also known as 31 Degrees East, adjacent to King Shaka International Airport, in La Mercy, north of Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal. The building will house a state-of-the-art innovation hub and an office block, and will serve as an incubation facility for established businesses, as well as start ups. The centre will host a range of disciplines, including electronics, information and communication technology, bio-science, advanced manufacturing sectors, sustainable energy and infrastructure and community development projects throughout South Africa.
